Helpful HR Limited (the Company) is an independent privately run company, owned by Roz Chown (Managing Director/Human Resources Consultant). We collect information about you when you complete a contact form on the Helpful HR website.

This information includes your name, email address, subject of your query and message content, which comes through to us in email form to which we will reply directly. The information in this form is held on the Company’s secure email server. In addition, your name, email address, business name and job title may be stored on the Company’s secure server and / or cloud-based GDPR compliant document storage supplier.

We may also collect information in the public domain, which will be limited to your name, email address, business name and job title. This information will be stored on the Company’s secure server and / or cloud-based GDPR compliant document storage supplier.

How will we use the information about you?

We collect information about you to enable us to discuss and fulfil any contractual agreement we enter in to with you to provide you with a service. With your consent via a direct opt-in notice, you will be added to our mailing list to receive a regular email newsletter which contains useful information about Human Resources, which we think may be of interest to you.

We will not pass your information to a third party without your permission.

Marketing

We would like to send you information related to Human Resources management or business issues which may be of interest to you, via our newsletter. If you have consented to receive the email newsletter, you may opt-out at a later date.
